The American University of Phnom Penh (AUPP) accepts local and international students who meet the minimum Bachelor’s admission requirements.
If transferring from another institution, you may be eligible to receive credit for coursework completed. The decision on the transfer of coursework is at the sole discretion of AUPP.
The criteria for admission for transfer students is the same as the criteria for new freshmen. For more information, visit Admission Criteria Page. Then you may take the following steps:

Send official transcripts from all colleges and universities that you attended to
[email protected].
Send syllabi for all courses listed on the transcripts that you sent us via
[email protected].

Transfer applicants will be evaluated in the order received. If you are applying for a single-degree program, all course evaluation is done by AUPP academic deans and chairs, and the process may take up to two weeks to complete. If you are applying for a dual-degree program, we work with the partner universities involved, and the process may take longer than the two weeks to complete. If you seek to transfer credits, start the process as soon as possible.
