He holds an International Master of Science in Educational Research from the University of Gothenburg, Sweden.
With more than ten years of experience in education, he has worked in teaching, training, and school leadership at several respected educational institutions, both in general education and higher education, in Cambodia. His expertise includes school operations, curriculum development, academic policy, quality assurance, teacher training, and student support. His involvement in educational research and school observations across Sweden and other European countries has also strengthened his global perspectives on learner-friendly, inclusive, and technology-integrated education.
