The Master of Laws (LL.M.) program aims to provide (1) a broad overview of local and international laws and regulations that govern international businesses and (2) engage students in the ongoing discussions on issues related to the use and regulation of digital technologies. With the significant growth of international commerce and in today’s digital economy, AUPP’s unique graduate law programs will develop your knowledge and skills that are highly in demand in the international economy.
Through the study of relevant laws, regulations, and policies in Cambodia and other prominent common and civil law jurisdictions, students will learn to analyze complex legal issues that arise in international business, the fast-growing developments of digital technologies, and how these developments have affected the application of laws and different approaches to their solutions.

This Program is tailored for professionals with a legal background (undergraduate degree in law) who wish to advance their careers—by gaining expertise in laws related to international business and the role of digital technologies in business and gaining the skills to “think like a lawyer”–and build a professional network. Students will gain a deeper understanding of international business, the role of digital technologies in how global businesses operate, and the regulations surrounding these digital technologies. Graduates from this program will have the knowledge required by lawyers to fully participate in today’s global and digital economy.
This program is intended for aspiring and early- and mid-career private law practitioners (law graduates, paralegals, in-house counsel, associates), as well as legally trained members of the public sector, trade associations, development organizations, and consulting firms.
