My name is Sreyed Sokh, and I am currently working as an Executive Assistant at the American University of Phnom Penh (AUPP). I decided to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at AUPP, in a dual degree program with Fort Hays State University, because I believe in the importance of continuous learning and professional development. Working at AUPP exposed me to a high-quality academic environment and inspired me to deepen my knowledge in business and leadership. The dual degree opportunity with a U.S.-accredited institution further motivated me, as it adds international recognition and value to my education.
2. How has this program impacted your academic and professional growth?
The MBA program has significantly enhanced both my academic and professional skills. In the long term, I hope to use my MBA to support initiatives that foster innovation and organizational growth within the education sector.
