AUPP offers a Master of Laws (LLM) in Artificial Intelligence (AI), designed for legal professionals seeking expertise in AI and data privacy. The program comprises 12 courses and a Capstone project, totaling 36 credits, and can be completed in two to five years. It provides a blend of legal theory and practical knowledge, focusing on areas like cybersecurity law, data protection, and ethical issues in AI. Graduates will be equipped to address legal challenges in AI across various industries, providing leadership and insights into the evolving legal landscape surrounding AI technologies.
The American University of Phnom Penh (AUPP) accepts local and international students who meet the minimum Master’s admission requirements. Students applying to AUPP for a master’s degree are required to submit all necessary documentation for admission and have acceptable scores and grades in their previous education. AUPP is happy to provide education to students from different backgrounds and cultures. International students help to enhance the learning environment and experience.

You must submit your college or university degree and transcript from undergraduate studies at accredited universities.
You must submit your updated CV/resume that exemplifies your professional background and working experience of at least two years or currently working and a one-page personal statement in English, addressing your interest in AUPP, the program you would like to pursue, and your professional experience and career goals.
All applicants must take the English Placement Test (EPT) or provide documentation showing English proficiency. Applicants whose English may be below the required level to enter a Master program will be placed into an AUPP’s Graduate English Preparatory Program to ensure they best prepared for master-level courses.
