Meet Lengheang, a UX/UI designer at the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications and a part of the AI and Data Science Working Group, who is pursuing a Master of Laws in Artificial Intelligence at AUPP. She chose this program to deepen her understanding of how law, technology, and ethics come together to build trustworthy public digital systems and to strengthen the connection between innovation and societal impact.
Throughout her journey, Lengheang has gained valuable insights into applying legal principles to real-world challenges, particularly in areas such as data protection, fairness in automated decision-making, and transparency in public services. The program has encouraged her to look beyond usability and focus on responsible digital governance, allowing her to connect design thinking with legal and policy perspectives.
She hopes to apply what she learns to improve e-government services and help strengthen public trust in digital systems.
