In the case of on-line electronic resources, which are subject to time-limited access, booking is via the on-line library facility and the user is responsible for conforming to the usage conditions stipulated for the resource, including any copyright restrictions.
Reference material will be kept in a separate section of shelving in the library and will be clearly marked for reference only. Reference material must not be taken away without the permission of the Librarian. This will normally only be granted under exceptional circumstances. Reference material will include designated reference books including: directories, dictionaries, bibliographies and similar material, as well as historical and archival material, CD-ROMs and periodicals.
