Location and Hours
The Library is on the first floor (also known as floor B). We are open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm from Monday to Friday. The Library’s opening hours follows the AUPP calendar.

Library rules and policy
- The Library is a space for study. Please respect other people who are studying and keep noise and conversation to a minimum.
- No food is permitted in the Library.
- Only water bottles with a secure cap can be brought into and used in the Library.

Book loans can be renewed as long as someone has not requested a hold and your library account is in good standing.

AUPP faculty, graduate students, staff and affiliates may borrow up to ____ items. UA undergraduate students may borrow up to ___ items. Some materials can only be used in the library, including Special Collections, reference, current journals, newspapers, microfilm, and atlases.
Reserve loans
Books and items on Reserve can be borrowed for two days. This gives all members of a class the chance to read the book recommended by your course professor.
Study Rooms
A study room can be used for small group discussions and projects. The rooms can accommodate up to 7 people. There is also a larger study room available for groups of up to 20 people.
The rooms can be booked for up to 2 hours. If the room is needed for more than 2 hours please inform the Library staff.
