Matthew Schenk, EdD, is an international higher education leader with more than 15 years of experience in academic administration, transnational education partnerships, and institutional leadership. He has held senior roles across the United States and Asia, most recently serving as Foreign Dean and on-site administrator for a long-standing U.S.–China dual-degree partnership. His work has focused on academic quality assurance, faculty development, cross-border program management, and strategic growth of international institutions. Dr. Schenk holds a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Innovation from Arizona State University and has worked extensively throughout East and Southeast Asia.
