And 8 years at a research institute, she expanded her managerial expertise by supporting academic and policy researchers with their literature review works, managing budgets, hosting seminars and research-sharing sessions, and overseeing library operations in general.
Having passed 1 year at AUPP, she has supervised library staff, developed library policies and strategic plans that support the university’s mission, oversees the selection, acquisition, and management of a wide array of resources, from traditional books and journals to digital databases and multimedia materials, and has implemented new systems, such as circulation software and digital resources management tools.
