Dr. Brante’ Dashiell is an accomplished educator, academic leader, and consultant with more than 35 years of experience in higher education, K–12 education, and international academic leadership. She has served in leadership and faculty roles across the United States, the United Arab Emirates, and the Pacific Islands, specializing in teaching and learning, faculty development, curriculum and instructional design, educational leadership, accreditation, and student success.
Dr. Dashiell holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Special Education from Nova Southeastern University and has led initiatives that strengthen instructional excellence, develop faculty capacity, and promote innovative, student-centered learning environments. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with diverse educational communities to enhance academic quality, foster inclusive learning experiences, and support institutional growth.
As Director of the Teaching and Learning Center at the American University of Phnom Penh, Dr. Dashiell is committed to advancing excellence in teaching, supporting faculty development, and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and innovation that enriches student learning and academic achievement.
