She earned her Ph.D. in Business Management from Universitas Jenderal Soedirman (UNSOED), Indonesia, where her doctoral research introduced the construct of Professional Assiduousness, integrating transpersonal psychology and resilience theory to explain how professionals maintain commitment despite job stress.
