Rina Ing

Ms. Rina Ing is currently an adjunct faculty member at the American University of Phnom Penh (AUPP). Prior to joining AUPP, she accumulated over 15 years of experience in legal education, teaching private law and property law in a dual master’s degree program at a leading Cambodian law university. In this role, she supervised master’s students in the preparation of their theses on a wide range of topics related to real estate law and has served for more than 15 years as a member of thesis defense juries for master’s degree candidates.

In addition to her academic teaching, Ms. Ing has extensive experience in professional legal training. She has taught contract law and the management of co-owned buildings to legal practitioners and other professionals, effectively bridging legal theory with real-world practice. Her engagement with professional audiences demonstrates her strong ability to apply legal principles to practical contexts and to deliver instruction that is both theoretically sound and practice oriented.

Ms. Ing also teaches a course on legal interpretation at the Royal Academy of Justice of Cambodia, contributing to the professional development of judicial officers and legal professionals.

She holds a master’s degree in real estate law from Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University, France.
