Our talented IT students, Taing Muyleang, Chan Panha, and Eung Laimeng, had the incredible opportunity to participate in a fully sponsored study visit to Singapore, made possible by the support of Open Development Cambodia (ODC) and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ).
During the visit, they gained valuable insights into digital rights and policy frameworks aimed at reducing algorithmic harm, the importance of global internet governance and multi-stakeholder approaches, and ways to strengthen democracy through digital participation and ethical AI.
This experience promotes regional collaboration toward responsible and human-centered AI development. Congratulations to the students for their innovative project tackling AI bias!
