Khim Pichmolika

Pichmolika Khim is a senior majoring in Global Affairs from American University of Phnom Penh. She is a full-time learner who is always curious and keen on new challenges, be it academics or professional. She is also a gender enthusiast. Her adventurous side pushes her to step out of her comfort zone and pursue community works and professional experiences in order to pave the way for her career goal as a female policymaker in Cambodia. She was an Inclusive Development Assistant Intern at USAID Cambodia who responsible for doing the desk review for Gender Gaps Analysis for CDCS 2020. During her junior year, she participated in Policy Lab and KAS Horizon Program for Young International Relations Students, both of which she has written gender research papers for. She also worked for Cambodian Institute for Cooperation and Peace as a research intern and produced a paper on the triangular relationship between Cambodia, China, and Vietnam.
