From earning his Bachelor’s in Information Technology Management at AUPP to pursuing a Master’s in Interaction Design at Monash University, Ouyseang’s journey showcases the transformative power of education.
Currently, he is dedicated to enhancing the Telecommunication Regulator of Cambodia (TRC) by integrating his IT and design skills. Reflecting on his journey, Ouyseang shared, “I am deeply committed to giving back to my home country and society. My role at TRC allows me to integrate the technical and creative insights I gained abroad, helping to shape the future of telecommunications regulation and digitalization in Cambodia.”
