International Partnerships Coordinator

Position Summary:

The International Partnerships Coordinator supports the development, management, and implementation of the university’s international partnerships. The role serves as the primary coordinator for partnership agreements, institutional engagement, international delegations, and collaborative initiatives with partner universities to advance the university’s internationalization strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate the development, review, approval, execution, and renewal of international partnership agreements (e.g., MOUs, student exchange agreements, articulation agreements, and other collaboration agreements).
Maintain the university's partnership database, monitor agreement timelines, ensure timely renewals, and prepare regular partnership reports and performance metrics.
Serve as the primary point of contact for partner institutions, coordinating communication and facilitating collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing international delegation visits, including program development, logistics, protocol, and engagement with university leadership.
Support the implementation of international partnership initiatives, including student and faculty exchanges, joint academic programs, research collaborations, and other strategic projects.
Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to identify partnership opportunities and ensure successful implementation of partnership activities.
Coordinate partnership-related events, meetings, webinars, and promotional activities in collaboration with Marketing & Communications, Admission & Recruitment, Legal & Secretariat, Student Affairs Department, academic faculties, and other university offices.
Prepare briefing materials, presentations, correspondence, and reports for senior leadership related to international partnerships and global engagement.
Monitor partnership outcomes, collect relevant data, and recommend strategies to strengthen existing collaborations and improve partnership effectiveness.
Perform other duties as assigned in support of the university's international engagement objectives.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, international relations, higher education administration, or a related field.
Minimum two years of experience in international education, higher education administration, partnership management, project coordination, international relations, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships across diverse cultural backgrounds.
Strategic thinker, strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
Travel may be required from time to time.
