Description:

We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced business professor with a deep understanding of the legal environment for business to join our esteemed institution. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and research, as well as a proven track record of success in both academia and the business world.

Responsibilities are as follows:

Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in business law, including topics such as contracts, torts, intellectual property, and employment law along with other business courses such as management, communication, ethics and/or marketing.

Conduct research and publish scholarly articles in top-tier academic journals.

Mentor and advise students on academic and career matters.

Participate in departmental and university service activities.

Qualifications:

Ph.D. in Business and Certificate or Diploma in Business Law, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Preferably with teaching experience at tertiary education level.

Demonstrated expertise in the legal environment for business through publications, presentations, or professional experience.

Strong commitment to teaching excellence and student success.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
