The library of the American University of Phnom Penh (AUPP) proudly signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Department of Archives under the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Economy and Finance. This partnership aims to expand access to scientific and electronic resources, supporting research, innovation, and education quality in Cambodia.
By unlocking access to vital scientific and electronic resources across AUPP and the Ministry’s libraries, this collaboration empowers students, faculty, and government professionals with the knowledge and tools needed to drive meaningful progress in human resource development and beyond.
