Meet Nguonlim, a dedicated and accomplished AUPP graduate who has carved an impressive path in finance and academia. Graduating with a dual degree in Business in 2021, he earned Cum Laude from AUPP and Proviso Summa Cum Laude from the University of Arizona. His journey took him from supporting local businesses in Cambodia to advancing his studies in Australia.
Currently pursuing a Master of Accounting and Finance at the University of Adelaide with the support of the Global Citizens International Scholarship, Nguonlim is also gaining practical experience as a Tax Vacationer at Atlas Wealth Group. His day-to-day involves preparing tax returns and ensuring compliance with Australian regulations, enriching his academic knowledge with real-world skills.
His advice to current students? “Before anyone else can believe in you, you must first believe in yourself. Embrace mistakes, stay focused, and make every experience meaningful — one day, they’ll become your proudest memories.”
