Meet Socheata, a proud graduate of AUPP’s Global Affairs with a minor in Economics, Class of 2021. She graduated with Cum Laude honors, a testament to her academic excellence.
From her roots in the Cambodian provinces to earning a Master’s in Political Science at Northern Illinois University, Socheata’s journey reflects her determination and growth. Now based in the U.S., she works as a Program Coordinator at the Society of Research Administrators International (SRAI), the country’s largest research administrator society. Alongside her role, she recently started Burrow Consulting, LLC, a tech and CRM firm supporting nonprofits in strengthening their digital systems.
Her advice to AUPP students? “Don’t compare yourself to others—their achievements, grades, or job titles. Your path is uniquely yours. Focus on growing into the best version of yourself, and remember to enjoy the ride.”
