Currently pursuing her M.A. in Development Studies at the University of Passau in Germany, Pichmolika has leveraged her skills in project management and leadership to drive impact in the field of development cooperation with GIZ Cambodia. From navigating challenging situations to cultivating self-improvement, Pichmolika’s story embodies the AUPP spirit of resilience, curiosity, and determination.
