Meet Solida, a proud graduate of AUPP and a dedicated Legal Officer in the Department of Law and Policy at Cambodia’s Digital Government Committee. With a mission to enhance public service delivery and improve citizens’ quality of life, Solida plays a pivotal role in researching and recommending national laws and policies that align with international digital frameworks. As an early contributor to the “go.gov.kh” project, a Government Point of Truth Repository for Public Documents, Solida’s commitment to implementing effective digital solutions showcases her passion for innovation in governance.
Reflecting on her journey, she notes that overcoming early career challenges, such as mastering professional communication and navigating political dynamics, has shaped her resilience and adaptability. Solida encourages AUPP students to seize opportunities for growth and nurture their networks, stating, “Your network will be your net worth.”
